
The Sales Operations team collaborates with all product divisions within Samsung Semiconductor Europe to drive business success
and deliver best-in-class operational excellence to both our internal and external customers.
As a Sales Operations Specialist in our team, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and fueling growth across the EMEA organization. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive and make an impact within a vibrant, diverse, and multicultural environment.
This is a fixed term contract for 2 years
Role and Responsibilities
Provide internal and external support for our products for a defined customer base
Enter customer orders in accordance with Sales / HQ directions and company guidelines
SCM coordination and collaboration with other internal teams to ensure smooth flow of product to the customers
Arrange deliveries in conjunction with HQ, Warehouses and Logistics Service Providers
Provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status
Ensure accurate invoicing according to company guidelines and KPI targets
Monitor account status in conjunction with Credit Control to avoid overdue invoices and maximize company KPI achievement
Manage samples, recalls and returns for the above-mentioned products as required
Support other team members during absence and/or as needed, including at month end
Skills and Qualifications
University degree in the commercial fields, or equivalent commercial education and experience
2+ years of relevant experience within a Customer Service / Supply Chain fast-paced B2B environment of a multinational company
Automotive experience it's a plus
Availability to work on a fix term contract role - 2 years
Experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics industry advantageous
Customer service-oriented approach/mindset
Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
Strong communication skills
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervision
Proactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Strong knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
SAP knowledge highly favored
