Your Mission
Mission:To drive the EOS India’ss ales performance, support achieve revenue targets, and manages internal and external customer relationships
Responsibility:ensureSales pipeline management&support todevelop reliable sales forecasts,managesales analytics, CRM management
RevenueTarget achievement supportconfiguring, pricing, and proposing technicalsolutionsand quotes;monitoring progress consistently to reach the committed revenue targets
Drive lead management andsupport application driven business developmentby supporting theapplied engineering teams at EOSIndia
SPOC forsales team and leadershipfor Sales opportunity pipeline management
Market andFocusIndustry analysis:analyze&maintainabest-in-class and understanding of the additive manufacturing market
Your Talents
Accountabilityforaccurate&realisticforecasting,taking ownershipformaintainingaccurate& up to date sales forecast by liaising with Sales team and Partners
Ideally experience or strong willingness to learn and manageCRM (Customer Relationship Management) SystemslikeSalesforce
Data Analysis & Reporting:generateregulardashboards, monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and forecast revenue
Leading ability to lead topics &liaise withstakeholderstowardsmaintainingforecastdata’sintegrityandupdated status
Education:Bachelor’sor above inEngineering, or Business Administration with a strong acumen for tech, and knowledge about Additive Manufacturing
Experience:0-4yearsof experienceis a saleoperationsor admin job
Soft skills:strongcommunicationskills and confident,client-oriented manners with both internal teams and customers
Organizational finesseProject Management skills tomethodicallymanagelarge customerdatabase &opportunity management
