About the Job
The Sales Operations Specialist provides critical operational and analytical support for sales operations. This role focuses on being adaptable in handling analytical requests from sales stakeholders, supporting day-to-day operational tasks, and creating reports to ensure that the company has high-quality, actionable data.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, You Will…
• Work with sales operations leaders to maintain, optimize, and execute key processes, including lead distribution, territory management, and pipeline hygiene.
• Use tools such as SQL, Looker, Excel/Google Sheets to address and investigate analytical needs from sales operations leaders and other stakeholders, resolving operational bottlenecks and providing clarity on data-related workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain automated reports that track metrics (e.g. dial metrics, conversion rates).
• Preserve clear documentation of operational tasks and logic used in SQL queries.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, You Need…
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Excel/Google Sheets (preferred experience with Python, Gitlab/Github a plus).
• Proven ability to navigate complex datasets, performing deep-dive investigations to clean, structure, and extract actionable and reliable insights from raw information.
• High level of flexibility to deal with urgent tasks and changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to develop detail-oriented processes that support over 400+ sales reps.
