About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This critical role serves as the backbone of our sales organization, ensuring our sales team has the tools, processes, and data they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing sales processes through technology and data-driven insights.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and IT teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in Salesforce will be essential in managing our CRM platform, creating insightful reports, and implementing automation that empowers our sales team to focus on what they do best—closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce CRM, managing user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet evolving business needs
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Implement and manage Salesforce automation including Process Builder, Flow, and validation rules to improve data quality and process efficiency
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications to create a seamless technology ecosystem
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, identify issues, and implement corrective measures

Sales Process Optimization

  • Analyze existing sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Design and document standardized sales workflows, playbooks, and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales stages, qualification criteria, and pipeline management strategies
