Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities
- Increase quality of customer communications by coordinating and making operational improvements to sales processes.
- Enter and update customer orders with a focus on accuracy and eliminating rework by applying analysis and process improvements to the ordering system.
- Provide order status updates and audit customer shipping information.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM with error-proofing practices to and reduce defects in reporting or follow-up.
- Process high-volume EDI orders across multiple platforms while ensuring adherence to standardized operating procedures that promote process stability and partner adherence.
- Support account management and sales teams by providing administrative coordination and support for value-added activities.
- Monitor the full order lifecycle with a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying root causes of delays or discrepancies.
- Participate in the process improvement initiatives (e.g., root-cause analysis, standard work development, ISO 9001 quality initiatives) to increase order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Education and

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Degree from a 2 or 4-year accredited university preferred
- Inside sales experience preferred
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00
