The Sales & Operations Planner is responsible for supporting and developing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, delivering high-quality demand forecasts, and contributing to supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.

This position reports to the Director, Planning & Delivery and is part of the Sales & Operations Planning team in Global Supply Chain located in Stargard, Poland and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsibility for coordinating and executing the S&OP process for a defined product portfolio.

  • Ownership of demand forecasting and continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.

  • Involvement in capacity planning and identification of potential constraints.

  • Close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply flow.

  • Opportunity to contribute to global supply chain projects and improvement initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain/Production or similar.

  • 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and capacity planning.

  • Experience with supply chain transactions and supplier collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office, strengthened with experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Axapta) and data analysis (SQL).

  • Fluency in English and Polish language (written and spoken).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Advanced data handling and transformation (SQL, big data tools).

  • LEAN / DBS mindset and continuous improvement methodologies.
