Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first company operating in the off-price retail and CPG space. They partner with emerging consumer brands to help them expand into major retail channels across the US, supporting categories such as beauty, wellness, food and beverage, pet, and home. The company is scaling rapidly and building lean, high-performance systems to support growth while maintaining operational excellence.
The Sales Operations & Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the company’s sales engine by ensuring seamless execution across lead management, onboarding, and administrative workflows. This is a highly process-driven role focused on managing inbound responses, coordinating onboarding steps, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting contract and logistics workflows.
The position is execution-heavy and requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and reliability. You will work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to ensure that leads are properly managed and converted into active clients without delays or missed steps.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys following SOPs, and takes ownership of operational tasks with minimal supervision.
You will play a key role in ensuring that no sales opportunities are lost due to operational gaps or missed follow-ups. Your work will directly contribute to improving lead conversion rates, maintaining accurate sales data, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
By maintaining strong operational discipline, you will help streamline workflows, reduce delays in contract processing, and improve overall team efficiency. Your attention to detail and consistent execution will support revenue growth and ensure a high standard of client experience.
