We’re looking for a proactive early-career professional who is eager to build their experience in sales operations, CRM administration, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and data quality.

  • Support the Sales team with opportunity management, sales administration, and pipeline tracking.

  • Coordinate client-related activities and ensure timely follow-up on requests and actions.

  • Act as a link between internal teams, supporting efficient communication and issue resolution.

  • Maintain client information, documentation, and service-related records.

  • Prepare regular sales and client-related reports, dashboards, and analyses.

  • Support sales forecasting, performance tracking, and process improvements.

  • Assist with CRM enhancements, testing, and provide support to CRM users.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Client Services, Business Operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
