About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales organization and drive
business performance. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth sales
operations, achieving revenue targets, and building high-performing teams. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or related industries,
with proven leadership in operations, distribution, and people management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end sales
operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and execute
strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and validate field
execution of sales programs through regular coaching, training, and market
visits.
- Provide leadership and
mentorship to sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven
culture.
- Optimize resource allocation,
inventory management, and distribution processes to strengthen market
presence.
- Partner with cross-functional
teams to improve operational performance and deliver business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or any business-related course.
- At least 2-3 years of
leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.
- Solid track record in
managing daily operations, team performance, and market execution.
- Strong understanding of FMCG
operations, supply chain, and product distribution models.
- Effective leader with proven
ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both
written and verbal). - Strong relationship
management and negotiation skills with customers, key accounts, and
business partners.
- Proficient in MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to resolve issues,
manage conflict, and create a culture of accountability and performance.
- Strategic thinker with
hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
