Our client is a multinational beauty label predominantly renowned for its specialised skincare treatment. To cope with business expansion plans, they are in search for a business oriented Sales & Operations Manager to manage the daily activities of the therapy centres in Hong Kong.

About the Job

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be directly managing x3 therapy centres and overseeing 30+ frontline staffs within the Hong Kong market. You will drive sales by focusing on increasing customer recruitment through strengthening the customer engagement ability of the frontline sales team; as well as setting KPIs ensuring company goals are achieved.

This is a position that requires strategic sales & operation planning skills along with a hands-on and people oriented working attitude.

Requirements

• Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational luxury beauty label
• Minimal of 10 years of retail working experience with at least 5 years at a managerial level
• Experience in multi-store management is a must
• People oriented with strong service mindset
• Strong understanding towards HK & Macau markets
• Resourceful, self-motivated and independent with proven problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
