Role Purpose
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies within the local market, that positively impact customer facing associates. The strategies implemented should optimize customer facing teams’ performance and drive growth and impact. This role involves designing and managing sales incentive programs, analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales activation strategies with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Harmonised KPI definitions for SFE and Market Shares
Leveraging harmonised segmentation and targeting approach for customer engagements
Providing local business context for projects involving field design, resource allocations etc.
Contributing to Regional initiatives and projects to drive a higher impact as centralized activities process
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
