About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise. Identifies opportunities for sales process standardization. Responsible for making significant improvements to processes to enhance and standardize sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with account management of Large OEMs
Drive Customer demand forecast generation
Track long-term sales data
Work with demand management and facilitate customer needs with factory output
Work with the product manager to determine customer pricing
Generate quote letters for product updates and new products
Review and update product transition plans with Customer Service and the demand planning team
Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach
Monitor and assist with customer retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of sales or sales management experience
Valid Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
Experience in a manufacturing organization
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
