Sales Operations Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $30–$35/hour

About the Role A nonprofit organization is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support and strengthen their sales team from the inside out. This role sits at the intersection of people and performance — you'll be onboarding and training new team members while keeping a close eye on metrics, reporting, and process efficiency. If you're someone who can read a spreadsheet and read a room, this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities

Team Development

• Onboard and train new sales team members
• Work closely with team members to improve individual and overall performance

Data & Reporting

• Review and analyze performance metrics
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting to drive results

Operations & Process

• Coordinate sales content and resources
• Optimize workflows and processes for greater team efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Natural collaborator and people person
• Technically savvy with hands-on CRM experience
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred
