Essential Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the sales organization. This role is responsible for overseeing sales processes, managing sales performance analytics, and providing strategic insights to support revenue growth and operational excellence. The Sales Operations Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales operations strategies, processes, and workflows to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support data driven decision making.
  • Own and oversee the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business targets.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize sales tools, systems, and technologies (including CRM platforms), ensuring adoption, data integrity, and effective utilization by the sales team.
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, lead generation efforts, and pipeline strategy with sales objectives and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership to support revenue planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Train and support sales staff on best practices, tools, processes, and reporting expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Sales and cross-functional partners to support seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business operations, or a related function.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of leading, developing, and building high-performing Sales Operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $110,000.00/Yr.

Salary Range Maximum

USD $150,000.00/Yr.
