Envision Radiology is adding a Sales Operations Liaison to the team!
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST | Postion Pay Range: $21.10 - $25.45
Objective:
The Sales Operations Liaison is responsible for supporting Sales Account Managers (SAMs) by managing various administrative and operational tasks by resolving issues, optimizing processes, and maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems. The Sales Operations Liaison has strong communication skills, organizational ability, and familiarity with sales, operations, and tools like Tableau, InteleViewer, PAL, and InteleShare.
Essential Functions
1. Supports Sales Account Managers (SAMs) by completing administrative needs and resolving operational issues, including but not limited to IT tickets, Addendum/Comparison requests, Incorrect reads, Patient exam updates/problems, and addressing coaching opportunities with supervisors and managers
2. Acts as a temporary point of contact for Sales Account Managers on PTO
3. Utilizes Tableau reports for task optimization and management, including detailed reports for PAL Users and Physician/Office Maintenance
4. Assists with account creation, password reset, and account updates for InteleViewer, PAL, and InteleShare systems
5. Coordinates and places orders for Sales Account Managers through the Print Portal or Marketing Team, ensuring timely fulfillment of marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, and holiday campaigns
6. Creates, Monitors, and provides feedback on strategic PAL Watchlists for Sales Account Managers
7. Assists with meeting logistics, including preparation, transcription, and follow-up for all sales-related meetings
8. Provides support to In-Market territories by focusing on ensuring alignment of eRIS and Envision CRM data for offices and providers
9. Inputs data into reports for the designated region, including budget tracking and Null/Out-of-market sales data
10. Directs Sales Account Manager inquiries to the relevant contact
11. Other duties as assigned.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Travel
Limited travel expected for bi-annual Sales Meetings. Limited additional travel dependent on remote location.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
• 3+ years of experience the healthcare or a related industry.
• Experience navigating in Radiological Information System (RIS) platform, preferred
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously “exceed: company and customer expectations
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred or equivalent education, training and experience.
