ADI Global Distribution is a leading wholesale distributor of security, AV, networking, smart living, and low-voltage products, supporting thousands of professional installers and integrators across Europe and beyond. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Operations Leader to drive commercial excellence, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making across our business, supporting the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland markets.

In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize sales processes, improve commercial effectiveness, and maximize the value of our sales technology ecosystem. You will be responsible for transforming sales data into actionable insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring our sales teams have the tools, processes, and training needed to succeed.

The ideal candidate combines strong distribution and commercial experience with a passion for process improvement, analytics, and sales enablement. JOB DUTIES:

• Own the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of sales enablement systems (e.g., CRM, enablement platforms, analytics/reporting tools), ensuring alignment with sales workflows and business priorities.
• Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
• Provide consultation to Sales teams on best in-class practices and help to coordinate training workshop
• Sales Data Analytics – provide insights, trends, and recommendations to business leaders and Sales team members based on data analysis.
• Drive and track performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Acts as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various systems and reporting structures
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Sales teams to support and help coordinate campaigns to expand brand awareness
• Collaborate with the teams on process improvement initiatives that enable Sales teams to act efficiently and effectively.
• Build long lasting working relationships with sales leadership to identify needs/skill gaps and build enablement deliverables and content around them.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Experience in Distribution business, Commercial Excellence and strong business acumen
• Hands-on experience administering tools such as ERP system, sales enablement tools like CRM, OLAP and AI
• Demonstrated experience in Sales process implementation, training and improvements
• Proven ability to analyse sales data and processes and identify critical trends and gaps to then drive increased sales efforts based on results.
