Brief Job Description: The Sales Operations Lead, Singapore is responsible for optimising the operational effectiveness of the Sales organisation in Singapore. Based in Singapore, this role leads the Sales Operations and Order Management functions to deliver an exceptional customer experience—from forecasting, order entry through to billing.
The position oversees sales reporting, forecasting, CRM and data governance, process standardisation, risk management, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders. The role ensures high productivity, consistent execution, and scalable support for the Asia Strategic Accounts business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Sales Operations & Governance
- Develop and lead a control-tower framework for the Sales organization in the Singapore Market Unit.
- Capture, track, and drive key pipeline actions to support sales strategy execution.
- Champion standardisation across all sales and operational workflows.
- Support Account Planning and implementation activities.
- Identify, assess, and manage operational and commercial risks throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain strong alignment with Finance and Operations to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
- Streamline and govern core Asia sales processes, including pipeline management, deal governance, and contract/order workflows.
- Support regional sales planning, including quota allocation, territory alignment, and target deployment.
- When necessary, support the commercial aspects and monitor the bids & tender process
- Supervise the order management through billing process
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements to productivity and data quality.
Sales Reporting, Forecasting & CRM Excellence
- Own the full regional reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) across pipeline, performance metrics, funnel analytics, and business reviews.
- Ensure strong forecasting governance through accurate pipeline data, disciplined forecast categories, and timely sales team updates.
- Oversee CRM data quality, adoption, and compliance with process standards.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials to strengthen operational consistency and CRM proficiency.
- Support preparation of regional business reviews, leadership reporting packs, and analytical insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, reporting, KPIs, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience with Oracle – process improvement projects or transformational execution is an advantage
- Strong process orientation, with the ability to define workflows, enforce standards, and maintain governance across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Physical & Environment Demands
- This role is primarily based in Singapore. But may occasionally require travel across the Asia region for client meets or business events.
- The position involves extensive computer and phone use for communication, reporting, and virtual meetings.
- May occasionally require extended working hours across different time zones to coordinate with regional teams and clients.
- Must be able to manage frequent changes in work environment, including corporate offices, customer sites, and industry events.
