Job Title: Intern, SEA
Reporting to: Eleonore Brun and working closely with SEA team
About the Role
Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of:
Travel Retail Industry
Beauty Industry
Commercial
Supporting functions (Marketing/Demand Planning/Finance)
Ecommerce within Travel Retail
Business reporting
Reporting systems (Sales reports/TRIP/The HUB)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MBU & Business reviews
Generate reports each month for the MBU
Generate reports each month for the Business Review
Maintain & update trackers
Work with RS/RM/RSC on allocation & tracking of GWP’s & POS
Work with RS/RM/RSC on the PR/PO process
Retail sales reports/documents
Update sell-out reports for retailers & key brands
Completing required documents for NOT purpose for Malaysia
Price list picture update
Retailer templates: Pricing and Assortment BEC for Dufry, Heinemann MDS files
Analysis
BA quarterly allowance
Monthly incentives analysis
Newness report
Track Retailer & Local Market on-line activities weekly
Track, report & present findings
Shipment of IPR/stock to RS’s & retailers
Sending requested/ordered stock to RS/RM & retailers when needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
