We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team by helping improve the quality and accuracy of our sales data and product reporting. This role focuses on reviewing and reconciling historical sales contracts to improve the accuracy of internal reporting.
The intern will work closely with members of the sales and operations teams to review contracts, interpret product information, and classify data correctly within company systems. Depending on workload and the intern’s interests, there may also be opportunities to assist with additional sales operations and process improvement initiatives.
This position offers a great opportunity for students to gain exposure to sales operations, product management and reporting processes, and business systems such as Salesforce within a professional corporate environment.

What you’ll do
Review historical sales contracts and related documentation
Reconcile and update contract data within internal systems to improve reporting accuracy
Analyze contract details and classify products into appropriate reporting categories
Maintain high accuracy while entering and validating records
Identify inconsistencies or unclear information and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Assist with sales operations process improvement initiatives as needed
Support the Sales Operations Team with general administrative and data-related tasks
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business data
