
This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity, expected to last until June 2027, offering valuable hands-on experience within a global financial services organization.
The Index Sales Operations team supports key lead-to-cash processes and business growth initiatives across ISS STOXX.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join us as a Contract Management Intern to provide maternity cover from September 2026 to June 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in contract administration, sales operations, and process management within a global organization.
The role reports to the Index Sales Operations Manager and involves collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Support the review and administration of customer contracts
Maintain accurate contract records in internal systems
Assist with contract approval and signature processes
Help ensure required documentation is complete and properly filed
Respond to basic contract-related inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
Support data quality initiatives and process improvements
Assist with operational projects as needed
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, International Business, or a related field and will have an active student status for at least 2 more academic semesters, equivalent to approximately one more academic year
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation and data
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment
Good communication skills and confidence collaborating with different stakeholders
Interest in business operations, sales operations, contract management, or process improvement
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Reliable, and team-oriented
Previous experience in administration, operations, customer support, sales support, or a similar office-based environment is an advantage
Hands-on experience in contract management and sales operations
Exposure to a global financial services environment
Supportive team with on-the-job training
Valuable professional experience alongside your studies
