Ovoko is transforming Europe’s €30B+ used car parts market - a massive, fragmented industry still largely operating offline. We connect thousands of scrapyards, dismantlers, and car parts sellers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS, and logistics platform.

Today, Ovoko operates across multiple European markets and continues to scale rapidly. While our HQ and largest teams are based in Lithuania, our Polish office is growing fast and plays an important role in supporting international operations and business growth.

We are building modern operational processes, implementing automation, improving data quality, and constantly optimizing how teams work across countries.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join our Warsaw office during the summer period, with the possibility to continue working with us long-term afterward.

You will work closely with the Polish team on a daily basis while also supporting operational processes and teams across different European markets. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how fast-growing tech companies operate from the inside and gain practical experience with modern business tools and operational workflows.

You will have exposure to CRM systems, reporting, data operations, internal process optimization, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Support teams. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, organized, and not afraid of dynamic startup environments where things move fast.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Support the Sales Operations team in improving internal processes and daily operations.
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and scalable data management across HubSpot CRM.
  • Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and data gaps while maintaining CRM data quality.
  • Support operational reporting and internal analytics updates.
  • Help optimize internal workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation in Notion.
  • Support operational and technical setup tasks for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Operations teams across multiple markets.
  • Work with modern tools such as HubSpot, Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, CloudTalk, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Gain hands-on experience in scaling operational processes inside a fast-growing international tech company.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone eager to learn and develop in operations, technology, and business processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in modern tools, CRM systems, AI, automation, or operational workflows.
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • Full availability during the internship period.
  • Motivation to potentially stay with us long-term after the internship.
  • Native Polish speaker with communicative English.
  • Student status is welcome, especially for part-time/weekend students.

CONTRACT AND LOCATION

  • 3-month summer internship with the possibility to continue long-term.
  • B2B contract or mandate contract (umowa zlecenie).
  • Office-based role in Warsaw.

SALARY

The offered salary for this role is 4806 PLN Gross per month.
