Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 1, 2026 until August 14, 2026. This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Summer Intern to support our commercial organization within the medical device industry. This role provides hands-on experience with sales analytics, order and revenue processes, and operational support for a field sales team focused on delivering innovative solutions to healthcare providers.

The intern will gain exposure to CRM systems, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Customer Care, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit CRM data (accounts, opportunities, installed base, pipeline accuracy)

  • Assist with weekly and monthly sales reporting, including bookings, revenue, and forecast analysis

  • Support order management and deal tracking processes

  • Help analyze sales performance by region, product line, and channel

  • Assist with pricing, promotions, and quote validation tasks

  • Document standard operating procedures and identify process improvement opportunities

  • Prepare presentations and insights for sales leadership reviews

  • Participate in special projects

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in commercial operations

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to CRM & ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce & SAP)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI)

  • Interest in sales analytics, revenue operations, or commercial strategy

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
