Job Description
The Sales Operations
Head will oversee all sales strategies, systems, and team structures for a
growing high-end property portfolio. The role demands a proven leader with deep
roots in luxury markets and a track record of building and scaling sales organizations
in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle
from strategy to execution across multiple premium property launches.
- Establish sales operations
infrastructure, processes, and reporting systems.
- Assess, restructure, and
build a high-performing sales team.
- Guide and mentor sales
leaders and ensure KPIs and revenue targets are met.
- Partner with HR and senior
leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Represent the company in
client engagements, networking, and high-level negotiations.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of
progressive experience in sales leadership within luxury real estate or
related high-end sectors.
- Must hold an active real
estate broker license.
- Strong network and client
relationships within the upscale property or luxury market.
- Proven success in a
structured corporate environment with a focus on execution, reporting, and
team leadership.
- Experience managing and
mentoring other sales heads or directors.
- Professional, polished, and
capable of building systems and teams from the ground up.
- Open to candidates with
luxury automotive sales backgrounds (e.g., premium car brands) who bring
client insight and transferable experience.
