Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst Graduate— EMEA
Graduate Intake Programme
Kick-start your career at the heart of EMEA Sales Operations — with real exposure to the forecasting, pipeline and annual planning processes that keep a global sales organisation running.
ROLE PURPOSE
Join the EMEA Sales Operations team as part of this year's graduate intake and play a genuinely central role in keeping the sales organisation running cleanly and accurately — from managing the team's Zendesk ticket queue as first line of defence for queries from across the whole EMEA sales team, through pipeline hygiene monitoring, SFDC reporting, and weekly reporting cadences. It's a role built to teach you how a modern go-to-market function really operates, with direct exposure to forecasting, pipeline generation and the annual planning process from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
- A genuine seat in EMEA Sales Operations, not a peripheral admin role — you're the first point of contact for the whole EMEA sales team, building visibility across the region from week one
- Direct exposure to the forecasting and pipeline generation motions, and the annual planning process — the core mechanics of any GTM function, and experience most graduates don't get until years into their career
- A strong foundation for a career in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or broader Sales/GTM roles
- A structured 90-day onboarding progression, so you build ownership at a manageable pace
- A dedicated first line of defence for territory, pipeline and reporting queries, freeing senior Sales Operations business partners for higher-value strategic work
- Consistent, accurate pipeline hygiene and reporting that underpins forecast accuracy for EMEA leadership
- A pipeline of Sales Operations talent that understands the region's systems, processes and stakeholders from the ground up

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ticket queue management & first-line support
- Own and manage the team's Zendesk ticket queue, acting as first line of defence for queries raised by the whole EMEA sales team — covering territory questions, account changes, reporting requests and general Sales Ops queries.
- Triage, respond to, and process incoming tickets in line with established territory rules and escalation frameworks, keeping the queue clear and response times within agreed turnaround.
- Execute account territory reassignments in Salesforce, ensuring accounts are correctly attributed to the right rep, team and region in accordance with pre-defined territory design decisions.
- Identify requests that fall outside standard territory rules and escalate to senior Sales Operations business partners for resolution — maintaining a clear log of open and resolved tickets.
- Manage account ownership transfers triggered by rep changes, role moves, or leavers — coordinating with the relevant stakeholders to ensure clean handover in SFDC.
Closed deal monitoring
- Monitor opportunities that have closed (won or lost) but where the booking is not attributed to the correct quota-bearing rep — investigating root cause and flagging for correction.
- Run regular checks on closed deals to identify attribution errors, split credit anomalies, or missing rep assignments that could affect quota attainment reporting.
- Maintain a log of identified issues and track resolution status in coordination with Finance and Sales Ops leadership.
Pipeline hygiene
- Own weekly pipeline hygiene monitoring across all EMEA territories — tracking opportunities for stale close dates, stuck stages, missing next steps, and incomplete key fields.
- Produce and distribute hygiene exception reports to relevant sales managers and business partners, enabling timely correction before forecast cycles.
- Track hygiene compliance trends over time, identifying teams or segments with recurring data quality issues and escalating patterns to senior Sales Ops.
- Ensure pipeline input data in SFDC is accurate and current ahead of weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.
SFDC dashboard & report maintenance
- Maintain and update existing SFDC dashboards used by EMEA sales leadership — ensuring components reflect current territory structures, rep rosters, and fiscal periods.
- Build ad hoc SFDC reports in response to requests from the sales organisation and Sales Ops business partners — delivering accurate outputs within agreed turnaround times.
- Proactively identify and fix broken or outdated report components, and document report logic for future reference.
Weekly reporting, forecasting & annual planning support
- Assist in the production and updating of the EMEA weekly sales report — pulling data from SFDC, applying standard formatting, and distributing to stakeholders on schedule.
- Shadow senior Sales Operations business partners in EMEA forecast meetings — developing understanding of the forecast process, deal review methodology, and pipeline coverage frameworks.
- Get exposure to the EMEA annual planning process — one of the core cycles of any GTM function — supporting data preparation and documentation.
- Support post-meeting actions including data updates, follow-up queries from the sales team, and documentation of forecast call outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and meet reporting deadlines
- Comfortable working with sales teams and managing ad hoc requests
Desirable
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, pipeline and forecasting concepts
- Exposure to Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a SaaS environment
- Experience with territory planning or account assignment processes
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and knowing when to escalate
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM tools (full training provided)
