
The Sales Operations & Events Coordinator will support day-to-day operational activities and event execution for the team. This is a hands-on, entry-level contract role focused on logistics, coordination, and possible on-site support across sales operations and corporate events.
This role blends administrative coordination with physical event execution, making it ideal for candidates interested in operations, events, and sales support.
The hourly range for this position is $16 - $17 for the term of this role.
Requirements
● Assist in logistical planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and internal functions
● Pre-Planning logistics, guest check-in, materials distribution, and on-site coordination
● Invitation and Eventbrite tracking
● Organize and maintain inventory of branded merchandise (swag)
● Assemble and distribute event materials (gift bags, welcome kits, promo items)
● Track inventory levels and assist with reordering
● Receive, sort, label, and store deliveries
● Coordinate hotel accommodations, including rooming lists and booking updates
● Track arrival and departure schedules for staff and attendees
● Assist with last-minute travel or accommodation changes
● Assist with ground Transportation Logistics data entry large scale group event transportation
● Run operational errands (event supplies, printing, last-minute needs)
● Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, pickups, and tracking
● Assist with shipping and mailing event materials
● Source supplies for events (decor, materials, branded items)
● Keep storage rooms, supply areas, and event materials organized
● Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
● Assist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations and event success

● Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks (lifting, setup, on-site support)
● Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
