Job Identification

We are looking for a data-driven and collaborative analyst to support commercial excellence across all CCI countries. The role focuses on tracking and analyzing Sales Operations and Capability Development KPIs, providing actionable decision support based on the indicators to enhance operational performance and effectiveness.

What We Expect

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to Sales Operations and Capability Development to provide timely and relevant decision support.
  • Identify, analyze & interpret trends or patterns related to KPIs for all CCI Countries. (Identify Sales & RTM anomalies related to sales figures by highlighting Abnormal Calls, Sales Spikes, etc.)
  • Track RTM / MDM related KPIs for all CCI Countries to provide actionable insights (related to Headcount, Span of Control, Active Outlets without frequency etc.) to help Country RTM Teams to improve the RTM scenario & MDM Accuracy in their respective countries.
  • Driving business conclusions-based RTM and cost analysis (commercial assets) and contributing overall sales capability building.
  • Create and deliver periodic management dashboards & reporting mechanisms for all CCI Countries to create critical insights and support countries to stay on track related to key KPIs.
  • Assist in consolidating Premium System structure for both Distributor & Sales Team on yearly basis from all CCI Countries & track its payout along with its calculation as per recommended structure monthly.
  • Support Business Plan process with actionable insights to improve overall business KPIs
  • Respond to Sales Capability Team for a variety of on-demand reports and ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Finding new improvement ideas centralization tasks in Sales Capability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or related field
  • Preferably 2-5 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
  • Experience in statistical analysis and trend detection
  • Knowledge of root-cause analysis techniques
  • Strong numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-country teams
