Your Role on Our Team:
As a Sales Operations CRM Analyst, you willdrive business insights and act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership and cross-functional teamsbyprovidingadvanced analytical support, strategic insights, and process optimizationThis roleis crucialin enhancing sales performance and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
You’llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Find and effectively communicate clear business insights from complex data sets
Utilizeadvancedanalyticaltechniquestoidentifyand recommendopportunities for revenue optimization and sales process improvement.
Driveprocess improvement efforts and create solutions tooptimizecollaboration, informationsharingand improve sales productivity
Develop cross functional relationships with Business Intelligence, Channel Marketing, Finance, Supply/Demand and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and manage projects
Developpersona-basedtools, dashboards, and visualizationstoprovideactionable insights.
Lead the development ofaccuratesaleskey performance indictors by,working closely with sales leadership and stakeholders.
Create andmaintainreports, dashboards, and data visualizations toprovideactionable insights
Collaborate withSales Leadership andcross-functional teams todevelop, execute anddeliversalesstrategies,initiatives,and projects.
Prepare andsubmitregular and ad-hoc reports asrequired
Lead segments of Milwaukee’s Sales onboarding program
The TOOLSyou’llbring with you:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or another business-relatedfield
At least5+ years of experience in business analysis or business analytics
Advancedproficiencyin data analysis tools and software, including Excel and data visualization tools
Proficiencyin Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Thorough understanding of sales methodologies and industry best practices.
OtherTOOLSwe prefer you to have:
Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Power BI
At least1 year experience creating complex analyses and presenting to Executiveleaders.
Working Conditions:
Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stretch, reach, and effectively communicate with others in the workplace
Sitting for prolonged periods of time
Prolonged exposure to computer screensRepetitive use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment
Moderate noise such as talking, computers, phones, and printers
Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds at a time
May require travel dependent on company needs

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00*
*The base salary is determined by various factors, some of which may include, but are not limited to, experience and tenure, qualifications, skills, and performance. This position may be eligible for additional compensations based on location.
