Job Description

Rust Automation & Controls is a family-owned company that's been solving tough industrial problems since 1976. From our West Jordan, UT headquarters we support customers across the western half of the country with instrumentation, valves, and controls. We're proud of a friendly, low-ego team where people actually stick around — and we're growing.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, in office role in our Sales Department, reporting to our Vice-President of Sales.

The Sales Operations Coordinator owns the programs, systems, and reporting that keep our Sales Team running: Salesforce forecasting and pipeline discipline, KPI and bookings tracking with our premier manufacturer partners, and the rollout of the Rust Customer Success program. By owning this work and anticipating needs at an exceptionally high level, the Coordinator frees the VP of Sales, Regional Vice-Presidents, and Sales Support leaders to focus on vision and strategy so that we can reach our revenue and profitability goals.

The work varies from week to week based on the Sales Team’s needs and the needs of the business, ranging from standing reporting cycles to one-off projects and administrative support. Success in this role means the numbers are accurate, the programs stay on schedule, and the Sales Team has what it needs before it asks — all delivered with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity in order to support the initiatives of the Company.
