Our team in Sales is currently searching for a Sales Operations Coordinator.

What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining systems and frameworks, including Shipping Report/SCMWIT/IVSR synchronisation of vehicle stock and damages, and ensuring timely campaigns and damages are tracked.
  • You will drive coordination across the supply chain to expedite dispatches, monitor dealer network status, and advise on expedite where possible.
  • You will support dealer communications by responding to stock queries, coordinating with various BMW systems, and updating shipping reports and dashboards.
  • You will monitor day-to-day operations at Seaway, Vehicle Processing Centre, and transport supplier activities to ensure alignment with targets.
  • You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Logistics, and Digital teams to maintain transparency, improve processes, and support cross-functional projects.
  • You will oversee the administration of Dealer Bonus Payments according to Retail Achievement performance through the year.
  • You will assist with the rollout of process improvements and provide input to drive faster, more efficient supply chain operations.

What you should bring along?

  • An understanding of the automotive industry and dealer network structures,
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related field, plus an administration background with experience in raising and managing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong networks and develop key internal and external relationships.
