Job Description


The Sales Ops Coordinator supports key sales channels by managing order logistics, order processing and B2B platform management. This role works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment across group sales, wholesale drop ship, and retailer workflows. This role will also provide support to the wholesale channel, assisting with order processing, support and other administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Group Sales Order Management & Logistics:


  • Manage Group Sales order logistics, including order placement, inventory review, and on-time fulfillment. Proactively monitor slack and email to make sure information is distributed appropriately. Provide updates on orders in Slack and Email to create visibility across all departments, sales, ops and accounting.


  • Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment issues in coordination with the sales team. Keep customers up to date with order progress and tracking information.


  • Assist with new Group Sales account set up and communication.


Samples Management:


  • Process and fulfill sample requests for group sales accounts and sales reps, including order placement, tracking, and follow-up.


B2B Platform Setup & Seasonal Catalogs:


  • Manage B2B platform setup and ensure product information and assets remain accurate and up to date.


  • Build and publish seasonal catalogs for the B2B channel.


Drop Ship Fulfillment & Partner Coordination:


  • Manage drop ship order fulfillment across wholesale retail partners, ensuring accurate and on-time shipment.


  • Coordinate with internal teams and fulfillment partners to resolve issues and maintain delivery performance.


Rep & Buyer Support / Order Management:


  • Support reps and buyers with order questions, changes, and proactive communication to improve order completion and reduce delays.


Returns (RTVs/RAs) and Accounting Coordination:


  • Process returns and exchanges for retail and group sales accounts, and coordinate refunds, credits, and documentation with accounting.


  • Handle all wholesale warranty requests and maintain clear communication throughout the process.


Operations Support:


  • Support the Senior Operations Coordinator with order management and account set up support as needed.


Requirements


  • Background working in wholesale business channels


  • Experience with using B2B and ERP platforms


  • Experience with shipping and logistics


  • Well organized and willing to work in a fast paced, sometimes urgent environment


  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through


  • Clear communication and ability to work independently
