What will you be doing?

You’ll be the go‑to person to keeps our sales and renewal process running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll take charge of the admin side of the sales cycle, making sure everything is accurate and organised.

You’ll work closely with our internal teams to help untangle issues and refine workflows. If you’re quick to pick up new systems, comfortable diving into detailed Excel work and dashboards, and enjoy improving how a team works together, this role lets you connect all the dots and help deliver a seamless experience for our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end sales and renewal process by setting up new clients and opportunities, managing renewals, pricing updates, and PO collection
  • Act as the key liaison between our client-facing teams and Finance team, ensuring seamless communication
  • Become a go‑to expert in Dynamics and Power BI, helping troubleshoot issues and keep data accurate across all systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on pricing, ensure contracts match revenue systems, and keep records updated and accurate
  • Enter and maintain client financial information, support revenue recognition requirements, and help resolve issues like late payments
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams on scope changes and incremental purchases, and prepare revenue reports for leadership
  • Keep team admin running smoothly by maintaining shared files, contact lists, and supporting ongoing process improvements

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales operations, accounts and/or revenue management
  • Experience working in the CPG, Grocery, FMCG industry preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF, and other formulas
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working with Dynamics or similar CRM platform advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Collaborative team player
