Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitaryware brand supplying premium residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across Indonesia. With a growing team across Indonesia and international partners, we are building structured, scalable operations to support our next phase of growth.

Tasks

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our B2B sales activities across high-value, long-cycle projects.

This role is responsible for managing incoming enquiries, qualifying opportunities, coordinating meetings, and driving post-meeting follow-up to ensure sales opportunities continue progressing over time.

It is a coordination and execution role that plays a critical part in maintaining momentum across complex, multi-touch sales processes.

Requirements

Required Experience

  • 2–4 years experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or coordination roles
  • Experience supporting high-value or long-cycle sales processes
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication in English
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • High attention to detail and reliability
