About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Automation Lead who lives and breathes automation - especially AI.

In this role, you will help us harness AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, accelerate operations, and enable smarter decision-making across the business.

This is not a research-focused position. It is about execution and impact. You will work closely with Sales Operations and the broader commercial organization to identify opportunities where automation can save time, reduce manual effort, and deliver better outcomes.

You will also help recruit, manage, and develop a new team of automation experts, helping shape how we operate going forward.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of demonstrable expertise in process automation.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including recruiting and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with commercial teams and a strong understanding of end-to-end Sales processes, from lead to cash.
  • Demonstrated experience with some of the following tools and platforms: Tableau CRM, Looker, QlikView, Salesforce, DocuSign, Alteryx, Gemini Pro, Copilot, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on optimization.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a defined strategy while proactively contributing ideas, recommendations, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across Sales, Sales Operations, and technology teams.

What you’ll do

  • Manage manual processes with a clear objective of automating them over time.
  • Assess current ways of working and identify where AI can improve speed, quality, or efficiency.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows for operations, sales, data processing, and content creation.
  • Establish repeatable automation patterns, best practices, and documentation to enable scale and long-term sustainability.
  • Integrate AI tools with existing systems, including CRMs, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
  • Write, test, and refine complex prompts to drive consistent, high-quality outputs from LLM models.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Use basic SQL skills to query large datasets (e.g., Google BigQuery) to extract and transform data for analysis.
  • Lead prompt creation and optimization efforts to help teams get better results from AI.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and use cases, bringing fresh ideas and practical applications to the organization.

What’s in it for you

  • A front-row seat in an exciting transformation at Sabre, as we move from legacy travel technology to an open, intelligent, future-ready platform.
  • The chance to partner with and learn from a global, integrated Sales Operations team to deliver high-impact change.
  • The opportunity to design and showcase how automation can transform Sales Operations and the broader commercial organization.

Benefits

Our benefits are not one-size-fits-all. We go beyond traditional medical and financial offerings to provide perks that support total well-being and help you perform at your best, including:

Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses.

Flexible work options.

Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
