Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, amendments, and documentation.
• Perform order quality checks and maintain accurate records in business systems.
• Generate specifications, build sheets, order acknowledgments, and invoice documentation.
• Coordinate with dealers, OEM suppliers, and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor orders through delivery and invoicing to ensure on-time execution.
• Support assigned key accounts by providing timely communication and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional training and provide department support as needed.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or related field.

Required Skills

• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM, order management, quoting, or business systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
