Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value clients and complex commercial deals.

  • Utilize direct market feedback from the field to advise senior leadership on pricing competitiveness and promotional campaign success.

  • Standardize fast response times by streamlining the initial consultation and client onboarding phases.

  • Take full ownership of the client management pipeline to ensure a frictionless transition from prospect to active customer, maintaining world-class customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Author and implement scalable training modules, structured sales scripts, and strategy playbooks.

  • Conduct live deal-review sessions to institutionalize advanced product knowledge and elite negotiation tactics across the team.

  • Maintain transparent performance dashboards to track team KPIs.

  • Lead routine performance audits to monitor and boost deal closure rates and individual representative output.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to refine incoming lead quality and optimize client referral programs.

  • Collaborate with Project Management and Technical Operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and build client trust during the onboarding phase.


Requirements


  • A degree or professional experience in engineering (or a closely related technical discipline) is highly desirable.

  • 5–8 years of experience in high-value, consultative sales environments.

  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing revenue goals while maintaining strong customer retention and high satisfaction levels.

  • Strong intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and evaluating promotion ROI.

  • Practical experience in coaching, managing, or developing sales teams to enhance conversion performance.

  • Experience designing sales frameworks from the ground up, including pitch decks, sales playbooks, and standardized objection-handling materials.
