Sales Operations Analyst I

itD is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst I to support the end-to-end execution of partner incentive and investment programs, ensuring deals move accurately and efficiently from contracting through supplier onboarding and final payout. The ideal candidate will bring experience in operations, deal fulfillment, contract administration, procurement, or transactional finance, with a strong track record of accuracy in high-volume, detail-oriented work.

Location: Austin, TX — Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of incoming deals through the full contracting-to-payout lifecycle, ensuring required approvals, validations, and documentation are complete.
  • Create, update, and maintain records for accounts, contracts, incentive requests, and payout activities with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
  • Review executed contracts and accurately enter key information, including entities, term dates, approved amounts, caps, accounting codes, cost centers, projects, and supplier information.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and procurement activities, track requests through completion, monitor outstanding requirements, and escalate blockers as needed.
  • Prepare and submit payout requests with complete supporting documentation, validating amounts, coding, entities, and contract requirements before submission.
  • Track payouts from request through approval and payment, investigate and resolve rejections or exceptions, and reconcile paid amounts against approved and contracted amounts.
  • Maintain recurring trackers, dashboards, reports, exception logs, and standard operating procedures while partnering with Finance, Deal Operations, and other stakeholders on documentation and close activities.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material, including blogs and media material.
  • Build material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales/revenue operations, contract administration, procurement, AP/AR support, data entry/QA, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting deal fulfillment through a contracting-to-payout or similar transaction lifecycle.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting contract terms and working with contract-related documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform accurately in high-volume, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience following documented processes precisely while identifying and escalating process issues or exceptions.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including data cleanup, lookups, pivot tables, conditional logic, and basic reconciliation.
  • Experience working with transactional finance or procurement processes, such as invoices, payments, purchase orders, supplier setup, or approval workflows.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills, with the ability to communicate issues and relevant supporting details effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in a deal desk or similar sales/revenue operations environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, including navigating records, list views, reports, and bulk updates.
  • Experience reconciling information across multiple systems that may not always align.
  • Experience improving or scaling operational processes, including transitioning manual workflows toward automation.
  • Experience handling confidential partner, contract, or financial information with discretion.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
