Seekinga highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in steering a dedicated team of analytics experts to support the reporting needs of the Sales & Marketing functions in our Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who is passionate about harnessing data to drive enhanced reporting, insightful analysis, and informed decision-making. This is a hybrid role, based out of Milwaukee, WI
The ideal candidate will work with business leadership todetermineneeds,providedatainsightsand enhance business intelligence systems across PES. Your passion for data governance, creative problem-solvingand technical skills will be crucial as you drive continuous improvement, interpret data and provide data driven recommendations and insights to accelerate business strategy and performance.
This position reports directly to theSr. Manager, CommercialExcellence for PES North America, while also supporting the needs of the segment’s VP of Sales. The Commercial Excellence teamis responsible fordelivering best-in-class capabilities across Commercial Analytics, Lead Generation, Sales Incentives,and CRM Management to achieve our growthobjectivesalongside our Sales Team.
PESis one of three operating segments with approximately $1.7 Billion in revenue and produces electric motors, variable speed controls, and air moving solutions which are sold in the residential heating and ventilating, water heating, commercial refrigeration, pump, leisure water, and other OEM and aftermarket products. Brands includeGenteq® motors, as well asFasco®, Elco®, DEC Star®, Leeson,motorand blowers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, build,and deployPowerBI solutions to commercial needs.
Mentoranalystteam as a subject matter expert in PowerBI.
Analyzelarge amountsof information to discover and report on trends and patterns.
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of PowerBI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science,Businessor related field.
3+ years' experience in business analyst role with a focus onPowerBI
3+ years of experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or similar.
Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate performance based upon information from disparate sources.
Strong presentation communication skills with the ability to summarize and communicate data clearly and accurately.
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions
High levelof personal initiative,energyand ownership of business results.
Ability to manage multiple projects and worktotight deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Power BI certifications.
SalesforceAdministrator Certification
Familiarity with Salesforcereportingand integration
Experience with Salesforce reporting, SQL, Microsoft Access,Excel, and Power Apps, and Oracleintegration, preferred
Commercial experience aligned Sales and Customer Care data and processes strongly preferred
Knowledge of data structure best practices - data warehousing, modeling,and mining.
Project management experience is a plus.
Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate organizational performance based upon information from disparate sources
