Job Title:
Sales operations analyst
Location: Dalian
Apex Group has embarked on a genuine ground-up transformation of its GTM Operations functions — every function that interfaces with the customer lifecycle: Sales, CRM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Business Operations and Product Management. That model only works if the day-to-day operational support is solid: clean data, quick answers, and deal-level support that keeps sellers selling instead of untangling processes.
In this role, you'll be the hands-on operational partner for our Sales and CRM teams — in Salesforce and CPQ at the deal-specific level, not just at a policy level — reducing friction, maintaining process excellence, and giving the wider GTM function the support they need to operate efficiently and hit ambitious growth targets.
We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be the first port of call for our Sales and CRM teams on anything operational. This will range from a stuck deal in Salesforce, configuring deal scope in CPQ, aligning support from wider teams, and enablement as they occur on a day-to-day basis. You'll report to the Sales Operations Manager, and you'll be central to keeping the engine running smoothly as we build it out.
Provide hands-on, deal-level support in Salesforce and CPQ. You'll be the go-to person for sales process questions in your patch — troubleshooting stuck deals, supporting lead routing and lead-to-cash, and running pipeline QA so we catch and address issues before they escalate.
Become the expert on our product portfolio and end-to-end process. From the simplicity of Apex Invest subscriptions through to the complexity of Fund Administration engagements, you'll know the product suite and the full opportunity lifecycle well enough to be trusted with any question, from any seller.
Drive Salesforce hygiene and data governance. You'll own the discipline that keeps sales data accurate — the foundation everything else sits on, from forecasting and pipeline health to executive reporting and governance routing.
Build reporting and insight as required. You'll help build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for reps, managers, and executives, and go a step further by surfacing recommendations based on what the data is telling you.
Feed the enablement engine. You'll partner with Sales Enablement to provide feedback of what you see on the ground into onboarding materials, process guides and training content that reflect how the job is really done.
Connect across the business. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Business Operations, Enablement, Customer Success and Finance to keep the sales motion aligned end to end.
