Job Description

Qué harás

  • Diseñar, revisar y optimizar procesos dentro del funnel de revenue.
  • Detectar cuellos de botella, fricciones e ineficiencias operativas entre áreas.
  • Trabajar la integración entre ventas, soporte, fidelización y otras áreas clave.
  • Traducir datos en acciones concretas de negocio y mejora operativa.
  • Documentar procesos, crear playbooks y ayudar a estructurar la información del equipo comercial.
  • Participar en proyectos de integración tecnológica y escalabilidad de procesos.
  • Impulsar el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial aplicadas a revenue y operaciones.
  • Acompañar la evolución del equipo comercial hacia una forma de trabajo más estructurada, trazable y eficiente.

Qué buscamos

  • Entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Revenue Operations, Sales Operations o similares.
  • Experiencia previa en empresas SaaS.
  • Conocimiento sólido de ARR, funnel de ventas y métricas comerciales.
  • Experiencia con HubSpot.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de BI como Power BI o Tableau.
  • Familiaridad con integradores como Make o n8n.
  • Capacidad para documentar, estructurar playbooks y ordenar procesos complejos.
  • Interés real por la aplicación práctica de la IA en procesos de negocio.

Soft skills

  • Perfil integrador, con facilidad para trabajar entre áreas sin generar fricción.
  • Persona proactiva, autónoma y orientada a resolver problemas.
  • Capacidad para influir en el cambio de mentalidad del equipo comercial.
  • Curiosidad por tecnología, operaciones e innovación.
