As a Sales Operations Analyst at ISS STOXX, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Teams and ensuring the seamless routing of leads and data integrity. Your contributions will help drive our success and shape the future of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Teams in the preparation and booking of license agreements in Salesforce, managing the entire opportunity lifecycle, including entry, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Quality Control: Act as the point of control to ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on signed contracts.
  • Renewal Monitoring: Keep an eye on overdue renewals, send reminders to Sales Teams about updating the status of pending renewals, and assess business risk exposure.
  • System Enhancement: Collaborate with the Salesforce Development Team to recommend system improvements and identify existing issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports and other ad hoc reports to support business insights.
  • Project Participation: Engage in various projects within the finance organization to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive personality, high motivation, and the ability to work independently are key.
  • Bonus Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Work Schedule & Arrangement

  • Embrace a dynamic work environment to work on a night shift schedule (9 PM – 6 AM, Manila Time)
