About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and proactive soul to join our Sales Operations team and support our Sales organization in its next phase of growth.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll help our Sales Development, Account Executive teams operate efficiently: managing tools, keeping data clean, and improving processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales leaders and stay in sync with the Global Operations & Innovation team to ensure we scale with consistency and intelligence.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain sales pipeline hygiene: ensure deals are in correct stages, clear next steps, correct ownership.

  • Build, update, and refine workflows and automations in HubSpot (or equivalent).

  • Manage and troubleshoot key sales tools:

Fugo (sales screen), Sales Navigator, Modjo, Aircall, Reachdesk

  • Create, maintain, and deliver reports/dashboards for sales metrics.

  • Handle Sales Support tickets and ad-hoc requests from the sales team.

  • Document processes, write training guides, and facilitate training sessions.

  • Support small process improvement projects (tool rollouts, data cleanup, automation testing).

What we expect from you

  • 1–3 years experience in sales operations, sales support, or revenue operations (or similar).

  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).

  • Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.

  • Basic knowledge of sales funnel concepts.

  • Good analytical skills (comfortable with reporting, dashboards).

  • Comfortable with multiple tools and switching contexts.

  • Clear communicator; works cross-functionally.

  • Curious, organized, and eager to learn from global peers.
