In this role, you’ll work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to manage pipeline operations, opportunity flow, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis.
This role plays a central role in maintaining clarity, fairness, and predictability across opportunity management and revenue operations, while supporting data-driven decision-making.
1. Manage end-to-end pipeline tracking and maintenance, ensuring accurate visibility into deal status and progression.
2. Coordinate and support opportunity intake and assignment, ensuring timely and consistent allocation aligned with defined rules and priorities.
3. Assist in revenue forecasting, including bookings, recognized revenue, and collection-related tracking.
4. Prepare regular reports and analyses on sales performance, revenue trends, and forecast accuracy.
5. Support revenue and collection statistics, reconciliation, and summary reporting in collaboration with finance and delivery teams.
6. Contribute to post-period reviews and retrospectives, identifying gaps between forecasted and actual results.
7. Provide data-driven insights to sales leadership to support planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
8. Coordinate inputs across sales, finance, and delivery teams to support consistent reporting and execution cadence.
9. Help document and refine sales operations processes, including opportunity flow, reporting cadence, and review mechanisms. 职位要求1. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or analytical roles.
2. Experience supporting B2B or enterprise sales organizations.
3. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

5. Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
