Sales Operational Support - Sales Operations Coordinator Change Control Concentration
PURPOSE

The role will be responsible for managing the customer notification portion of the change control process with the goal of supporting the change transition for Sales and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Collect, review, and analyze product change notifications.

Assess the impact of proposed changes on functionality, manufacturability, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.

Develop and implement a system for version control of documents related to product changes.

Maintain appropriate records of change control customers, part numbers, changes, approvals, etc.

Maintain a centralized repository of all change control documentation.

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in the product change process.

Maintain and update process and policy documentation related to product changes.

Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs and identify potential product change opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales and other departments to affect necessary changes to support corporate goals.

Assist the Sales team in developing sales collateral and presentations that effectively communicate product changes to customers.

Manage and track the progress of change implementation according to the established plan.

Facilitate communication with impacted customers concerning upcoming product changes.

Support Sales Team with streamlining opportunities.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

Position requires extensive work using a computer

Maintain seated posture for 8 or more hours per day based on support needs

May require evening and weekend work in response to the needs of the systems being supported

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Communications, or related field or similar experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in change management, project management or similar role is a plus

Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy

Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task

Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient process improvement, project management and technical knowledge
