Job Description

As a Sales Operation Specialist, you’ll be part of our Sales team. You’ll get to:

  • Sales Policy Operations & Compliance

Assist in driving the standardization of sales policies, including internal release and version control, to ensure alignment between frontline execution and company strategy. Regularly review and retire outdated or conflicting process documents, develop clear SOPs, and serve as the authoritative information source for sales teams regarding operational rules. Participate in compliance reviews of existing processes, propose optimization suggestions for policy implementation pain points, and improve document processing efficiency and rule implementation accuracy.

  • Dealer Lifecycle Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for new dealer onboarding, overseeing end-to-end qualification screening, master data maintenance, and related file management. Ensure new dealer onboarding complies with internal regulations, coordinate with the sales team to resolve data discrepancies and process bottlenecks, and safeguard the accuracy and integrity of channel master data. Regularly review and clean up dormant/invalid dealer records and assist in the cleansing and updating of channel data.

  • Sales Operations Coordination

Collaborate with the team to assist in completing daily sales data cleansing, verification, report consolidation, and cross-departmental coordination tasks. Ensure standardized governance of sales operations documentation, and strictly enforce confidentiality requirements for core business data (including customer lists and internal operational information).

The Person

  • Associate degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel management, dealer operations, or sales support.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to drive process implementation and strong sense of teamwork.
  • Highly detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong sense of compliance and confidentiality; able to perform under pressure.
