This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • CRM Data Management & Bulk Processing:

  • Execute list uploads and bulk data imports in accordance with approved governance standards

  • Perform standardized data entry and record updates using defined naming conventions and field definitions

  • Maintain strict adherence to data dictionaries and required field structures

  • Ensure documentation of uploads and updates for audit and tracking purposes

  • Data Quality & Deduplication:

  • Conduct routine deduplication processes using established matching criteria

  • Identify and escalate complex data integrity issues to the Sales Operations Supervisor

  • Maintain data hygiene standards to ensure accurate pipeline, account, and contact reporting

  • Support ongoing cleanup initiatives aligned to governance priorities

  • Structured Data Enrichment:

  • Execute enrichment workflows using approved third-party tools and structured intake processes

  • Follow defined enrichment playbooks to maintain consistency in account, contact, and opportunity records

  • Ensure enrichment updates align with standardized field definitions and taxonomy

  • Governance & Playbook Execution:

  • Conduct governance reviews using standardized checklists and review playbooks

  • Validate required fields, stage progression criteria, and account/opportunity completeness

  • Support conflict checks, stage-gate validations, and other operational compliance processes as defined

  • Escalate deviations from standards to the Sales Operations Supervisor

  • Operational Reporting Support:

  • Generate recurring operational reports aligned to Sales Operations metrics

  • Validate data accuracy prior to report distribution

  • Support dashboard maintenance by ensuring underlying data consistency

  • Track adherence to governance standards and provide summary insights to supervisor

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in CRM administration, data operations, or sales operations support

  • Experience working with structured data governance processes

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline

  • Experience with bulk data tools and spreadsheet management

  • Experience with data enrichment platforms

  • Experience working within a defined data dictionary framework

  • Knowledge and experience working in Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a plus

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills as well as a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
