What you'll do

• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Ensure accurate and timely order entry and processing
• Manage, process and monitor special order requests
• Prepare and provide additional data and documentation for business partners

What you must have

• Responsible and deadline-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluent written and spoken German and English

The minimum monthly gross salary for this internship, according to the applicable collective agreement, is EUR 2,156 based on 38.5 hours per week.

Duration: 6 to a maximum of 18 months.
