Reporting To: Sales Operations Manager / National Sales Manager

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and maintain primary and secondary sales data, MIS, and dashboards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and field teams.
• Process and verify distributor claims, trade promotion settlements, and credit notes.
• Track target vs. achievement across territories and highlight variances.
• Coordinate between the field sales force, distributors, and Head Office functions.
• Support sales forecasting, journey plans, and distribution expansion tracking.
• Maintain sales system / ERP master data and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting, incentive calculation, and sales analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or MIS (FMCG preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP/DMS and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
