Salary Range: $24.32 - $34.42 Hourly

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Operations (Enablement) team by managing reporting processes, coordinating daily operations, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy. With a strong focus on execution support, communication, asset management, logistics, and reporting cadence, this role partners closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Salesforce Administrator to deliver results while continuing to develop expertise in Salesforce CRM.

Minimum

QualificationsMinimum of one (1) year of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or a related role is required. Additionally, at least five (5) years of experience in a corporate environment involving cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, project management, and vendor/customer interaction is required. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams, fostering positive, ethical, and high-performing departments with a proven track record of success. Proven experience in CRM process improvement, data implementation, standardization, and ensuring compliance and consistency across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Finance, Operations, or a related field from an accredited institution is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and practical experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
Ability to sit, stand, move, and use hands and fingers for extended periods. May require walking primarily on level surfaces, reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Work is performed in a standard office environment with controlled climate and moderate noise levels.
