Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and grow existing customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial responses.
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or technology.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in solution selling and account management.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
