Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and resilient Sales Opener to join our outbound team.
This role focuses on high-volume calling, building immediate rapport, and qualifying prospects before handing them over to a closer. It suits someone who is comfortable on the phone for extended periods, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ~300 outbound calls per day using an autodialer
Initiate conversations with prospects in a confident and engaging manner
Build rapport quickly and maintain natural, professional communication
Identify and qualify potential opportunities
Pass qualified leads to the closing team
Accurately track call outcomes and relevant information
Maintain consistent activity and performance throughout the workday- Ability to work EST hours in alignment with a US-based company
Requirements

Previous outbound sales or call centre experience is advantageous
